  • Writers Wanted

Wine writers, that is. As life often does, once again things are changing for me. I've got a major move coming up and will have to bare down and focus on making money for a few months, leaving me less time for the things I enjoy doing for fun and community; like winetimetv.net/.

So, I’m looking for wine writers or people that would like to write about wine and wine culture. I would like to spend what little time I may have on promoting the site and virally marketing the content we’re creating around here. Also, continuing producing the webisodes when interesting people cross my path is high on my list of To-do’s. Meanwhile other inspired writers will be filling in the gaps with their own informative and entertaining takes on Wine and Wine Culture.

At present Wine Time TV.net is a very good visited site with 800-1200 folks popping in daily. It’s a great platform for anyone with something relevant to share and the door is open. Contact me here if you have something to offer. I’d love to hear from you!

  • Wine Time TV Webisode 7 feat. Tanya Melillo

It’s been a fun ride so far virtually hanging out with Foodie & Wino Tanya Melillo! This webisode of the 4 part series is by far the funniest. Tanya and I seem to be laughing the whole time about one thing or another. In this clip we learn what kind of man this attractive and single lady goes for as well as where to take her on a date. Tanya also reveals a brand new project which involves dinner with 5th generation winemaker Karl Wente.

*Music – Sir Charlie London’s “Enjoy – Forum De Luxe” Edit

Special thanks to Susanne and her friend Monika. Since living on the country in Hamburg Germany at present, internet speeds are of the stone age. Well, you get my point. A thrown rock would reach point B faster than a mouse click around here. Anyway, on occasion it’s necessary to drive the data to a neighboring town with faster internet in order to upload a 125MB file without any connection errors. Thanks again ladies!

    Thanks for watching.

  • Todays Bargain Spanish Tempranillo

Ah, thank Goddess for Spanish wines! This one was a steal at only €2.69! This 2008 had a wonderful, rich fruity taste. Though young, this BIO wine was quite smooth with no ‘tangy’ aftertaste which might otherwise suggest needing to lay down another year. We were totally satisfied with it. More than normally, I noticed a real similarity to California wine with this particular bottle. Good call Susy!

  • Wine Time TV Webisode 6 feat. Tanya Melillo

No body and I mean nobody can Hobnob like my current guest, Wine Pro and Foodie Tanya Melillo. The Wine Time TV series continues with Part 2 (of 3 or 4 clips) of my then live Skype interview with one if the new stars of PBS’ The Winemakers Season 2, where I learned of Tanya’s exciting encounters with French Laundry’s Thomas Keller, top chefs Gary Danko and Traci des Jardins, retired Playboy and current Mayor of San Francisco Gavin Newsom and more!

    Thanks for reading!

  • Wine Time TV Webisode 4 feat. Sommelier James King

Wine Time TV continues with my ongoing video series. In this show we wrap up the interview featuring Sommelier James King from www.KingGroupEvents.com from San Diego California. In this episode we learn about James King’s most memorable wine experiences at home and abroad (Italy) and I share a glance hinting at my own tragic experiences while in Florence.
